Episode 17: My Perfect Romance/The Monster Squad

It's time for Episode 17 of The HD Movie Podcast! Your hosts Hayley Alice Roberts and Darren Gaskell are back to take on two contrasting movies.

First up it's another in the podcast's "Ambitious Women, Romantic Complications" series with the Hallmark-esque MY PERFECT ROMANCE about love scientist Vivian and her game changing dating app. To say this is out of the comfort zone of both hosts is an understatement.

Following that, it's a trip back to the 80s and a cult horror/comedy that's made its bow on the streaming services in recent weeks - a bunch of iconic fiends form horror history threaten small town America and only the kids can save the day in Fred Dekker's THE MONSTER SQUAD!
